Launched in 2020 by the New Brew brewery (part of the New Products Group), it is marketed as a completely natural beer that aligns with European eco-culture. The brand focuses on traditional brewing techniques without artificial additives, utilizing artesian water from local springs and high-quality local ingredients like barley and Bavarian hops. Its name honors a legendary Cossack named Zhashko, who reportedly founded the settlement and became famous for his brewing.
