By accessing or using rcmd (the "Service"), including our website at https://rcmd.app and our mobile application, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.

2. Account Registration

To use certain features, you must create an account. By registering, you agree that:

  • You are at least 13 years old (or 16 in the EU).
  • You will provide accurate and complete information and keep it up to date.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.

3. User-Generated Content

You may submit content such as product recommendations, comments, and ratings. By submitting content, you agree that:

  • You own the content or have the right to share it.
  • You grant rcmd a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to display, distribute, and use your content on the platform.
  • Your content may be automatically reviewed by AI and/or manually reviewed by our team for compliance with these Terms.
  • rcmd reserves the right to remove or restrict content that violates these Terms without prior notice.

4. Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Post spam, fake reviews, or misleading content.
  • Post content that is abusive, hateful, threatening, or promotes violence.
  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with any entity.
  • Scrape, crawl, or use automated tools to extract data from the Service without permission.
  • Attempt to interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure.
  • Use the Service for any illegal purpose.

5. In-App Purchases and Donations

rcmd may offer optional in-app purchases, including donations, through the Apple App Store. These transactions are processed by Apple and are subject to Apple's terms. Donations are voluntary, non-refundable, and do not grant any additional features or privileges. For refund requests, please contact Apple Support directly.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, logos, and software, is owned by rcmd and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of the Service without prior written consent.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. Product recommendations and reviews are user-generated opinions and do not constitute professional advice. rcmd does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any content on the platform.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, rcmd shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you have paid to rcmd (if any) in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct that is harmful to the Service or other users. You may delete your account at any time through the app. Upon termination, your personal data will be handled as described in our Privacy Policy.
