Mecklenburger Weißbier is a typical Bavarian-style wheat beer with a mild, full-bodied taste. Mecklenburger Weißbier is top-fermented and has an alcohol content of 5.1%. This beer is brewed with more than 50% wheat malt, barley malt and caramel malt. Mecklenburg wheat beer is brewed according to the German Purity Law.
