Capers

Marinated Iberica capers are completely ready to eat. The small flower buds of the Mediterranean plant are preserved with the addition of vinegar and salt. Marinated capers have a spicy, slightly salty taste. They add piquancy and spiciness to sauces, they are served with fish or meat, added to soups, salads and dressings.
