Hot pepper Sauce

The sauce "warms" the dish, but does not burn the mouth. Approximately 2500-5000 Scoville. Conveniently dosed drop by drop, rather than spilling half a bottle at a time. In connection with which it is very accurate to pour the right amount of sauce.
