Wheat Beer

Eichbaum Hefeweizen beer is slightly hazy yellow-brown in color. The sweet, light aroma is filled with notes of bread, banana, cloves and subtle nuances of cinnamon and citrus. The taste of the beer is quite dry, with moderate carbonation, wheat tones, tart and sharp citrus tones and yeast nuances in the finale. The aftertaste is clean, dry, with nuances of bread.
