Lime juice

Akura lime juice is widely used in Mediterranean cuisine, it is used to prepare fish and meat dishes, including those cooked on the grill, cold appetizers and salads, added to sauces, confectionery, cold and hot drinks, such as tea. Also, lime juices mix well with any fruits and vegetables when preparing fruit salads or as a dressing for vegetable salads. Lime juice is sprinkled on sliced apples, pears, bananas, avocados and other fruits to prevent them from darkening.
